Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Choose Your Action

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason; for exchanges, you can select a new size or color immediately.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and ensure all dog hair has been removed to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
